Jill, thanks for 'This one is for my Dad'. Some improvement (and we would expect that over time with your continued training) in your heart rate. With the use of my memory and calculations this morning, I think your ave. HR went from about 93% of Max to about 87% of Max (still a bit high I think but big improvement. But of course the lower heart rate may mean (in part) an easier run. Proud, proud, proud of you Jill. Keep it up. Bob
